从事教育工作已经有二十多年了,我也从一名普通的教师成长为上海市特级教师、奉贤区名校长。回首成长的轨迹,其中有两堂公开课让我印象深刻。一堂轻松的公开课那时,我在一所乡镇中心小学担任毕业班班主任和语文教学。这是一个新组建的班级,学生整体素质不是很高,有好几个是经常“红灯高照”的老留级生。面对这样的班级,我的第一个想法就是:我要融入到学生中间去,和他们交朋友。在我的努力下,班级面貌有了很大的起色。师生关系越来越好,团队精神越来越强,学习的积极性也越来越高。正是在这样的 I have been engaged in education for more than twenty years. The relationship between teachers and students is getting better and better, teamwork is getting stronger and stronger, and learning enthusiasm is also getting higher and higher. It is in this way
