从事教育工作已经有二十多年了,我也从一名普通的教师成长为上海市特级教师、奉贤区名校长。回首成长的轨迹,其中有两堂公开课让我印象深刻。一堂轻松的公开课那时,我在一所乡镇中心小学担任毕业班班主任和语文教学。这是一个新组建的班级,学生整体素质不是很高,有好几个是经常“红灯高照”的老留级生。面对这样的班级,我的第一个想法就是:我要融入到学生中间去,和他们交朋友。在我的努力下,班级面貌有了很大的起色。师生关系越来越好,团队精神越来越强,学习的积极性也越来越高。正是在这样的
