合理的收入分配制度是社会公平正义的重要体现。当前,我国收入分配失衡现象日趋严重,对经济发展与社会稳定带来不利影响,“社会财富怎么分”已引起高度关注。财政在调整优化国民收入分配格局、规范政府参与国民收入分配方面具有重要作用。本期专题将重点从财政视角,介绍专家学者关于如何进一步发挥公共财政的收入分配调节职能、促进形成中等收入者占多数的“橄榄型”分配格局,让全体人民迈向共同富裕的财政政策建议。
A reasonable income distribution system is an important manifestation of social fairness and justice. At present, the unbalanced income distribution in our country is getting worse and worse, which has a negative impact on economic development and social stability. The issue of how social wealth is divided has drawn great attention. Finance plays an important role in adjusting and optimizing the distribution pattern of national income and regulating the government’s participation in the distribution of national income. This issue will focus on the fiscal perspective and introduce experts and scholars on how to further develop the public finance’s income distribution and adjustment function and promote the formation of an “olive-type” distribution pattern with a middle-income group that will allow all people to move towards a common, well-off fiscal policy suggestion.
