应用Ladish分部及微量分析法,对正常早孕期和服用炔诺酮(15mg/天,连用5天)早孕期妇女的子宫蜕膜神经节苷脂(Gg)进行定性和定量分析与比较。结果表明服药组的 Gg 总量(以脂结合唾液酸 LBSA 表示)为71.6±4.5μg/g 蜕膜,为正常对照组的1.35倍(P<0.05)。高效薄层层析(HPTLC)分析其图谱与对照组相同,主要成分为 GM_3、GM_2、GM_1、GD_3、GD_(1a)和 GT_(1a),但含量上有变化。GD_3含量为15.3±1.5μg/g 蜕膜。为正常时的1.91倍(P<0.025),GM_3和 GD_(1a)相对含量降低。服药组的 Gg 的 HPTLC 图谱中尚发现 Rf 值为0.035的条带,其含量为5.8±1.5μg/g 蜕膜,为对照组的4.15倍(P<0.05),其层析行为提示该条带可能为四糖基的神经节苷脂。炔诺酮作用下的蜕膜 Gg 的变化与其抗早孕作用有关。
