目的:比较葛根芩连汤与其有效部位群对实验性代谢综合征(MS)作用的差异。方法:10%果糖水喂饲建立大鼠MS模型、通过检测血清胰岛素(INS)浓度、葡萄糖输注率、血糖、内脏脂肪、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、和游离脂肪酸(FFA),比较葛根芩连汤与其有效部位群作用的差异。结果:10%果糖水喂饲6周后,模型组大鼠体重显著增加;葛根芩连汤有效部位群高、中、低剂量显著提高模型组大鼠葡萄糖耐量(P<0.05),降低血糖(P<0.05);中、低剂量降低INS(P<0.01)、FFA(P<0.05)水平,中高剂量提高HDL-C(P<0.01)、总胆固醇(P<0.05)水平;低剂量组显著降低TG(P<0.05)水平;中剂量组显著降低体重(P<0.05);高剂量组显著降低LDL-C(P<0.01)水平。葛根芩连汤组降低FFA浓度(P<0.05)。葛根芩连有效部位群高、中、低剂量组及葛根芩连汤组提高模型大鼠葡萄糖输注率(P<0.05),降低腹腔内脂肪重量与体重比值降低腹腔内脂肪重量与体重比值(P<0.05)。结论:葛根芩连汤与其有效部位群均能改善MS,但后者作用优于前者。
Objective: To compare the effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction and its effective fractions on experimental metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods: MS model was established by feeding 10% fructose water. The serum insulin (INS), glucose infusion rate, blood glucose, visceral fat, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), triglyceride (TG) , Total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and free fatty acid (FFA) were compared between the two groups. Results: The body weight of rats in the model group increased significantly after 6 weeks of feeding with 10% fructose. The high, middle and low dose groups of Gegen Qinlian Decoction significantly increased the glucose tolerance (P <0.05) and the blood glucose (P <0.01), FFA (P <0.05), medium and high dose of HDL-C (P <0.01), total cholesterol (P <0.05) Reduce the level of TG (P <0.05); middle dose group significantly reduced body weight (P <0.05); High dose group significantly lower the level of LDL-C (P <0.01). Gegen Qinlian decoction reduced FFA concentration (P <0.05). Gegen Qinlian effective part of the group of high, medium and low dose group and Gegen Qinlian decoction group increased glucose infusion rate (P <0.05), reducing intra-abdominal fat weight to body weight ratio decreased intraperitoneal fat weight to body weight ratio P <0.05). Conclusion: Gegen Qinlian Decoction and its effective site group can improve MS, but the latter is better than the former.
