我先后参加过两次后备干部培训。第一次培训由于见习时间只有三个月,我只能把自己当作一个过客,走马观花式地了解一下常规性的学校管理。这一次由于要在长青学校学习两年,而且要实实在在地参与学校管理工作,所以我必须沉下心来,脚踏实地地跟着我的导师曾惠芳校长在一项项任务驱动中学做管理,把自己当成一个长青人,深入课堂观课评课;深入教研组指导备课活动;主持政治学习做专题报告;参与科研和课程计划制定等,我力求在长青的学校文化浸润中得到长足发展。
I have participated in two training of reserve cadres successively. The first training As the trainee time is only three months, I can only consider myself as a passing, cursory look at the regular school management. This time I have to study in Evergreen School for two years and I am really involved in the management of the school. Therefore, I must calm down and follow my mentor, Principal Zeng Huifang, in a task-driven middle school to manage myself. As an everlasting teacher, he conducted in-class observance of classes; conducted in-depth teaching and research groups to guide lesson preparation activities; presided over political learning to make special reports; participated in the formulation of scientific research and curriculum planning; and I sought to make great strides in the infiltration of evergreen school culture.
