我国新时期高校质量工程建设关系到我国人力资源强国建设的战略部署,与以往质量管理相比,在经费保障、建设模式、目标计划、规格要求和具体操作方面提出严格的要求。六西格玛管理是现代质量管理最先进的理论,对我国高校质量工程建设具有很好的借鉴意义。本文从六西格玛的理论发展、理论基础在高校中的成功运用以及我国高校质量工程建设的特点等方面分析,认为在高校质量工程建设中科学导入六西格玛具有一定的可行性和现实性。
The construction of quality projects in colleges and universities in the new period of our country is related to the strategic deployment of building a nation with strong human resources in our country. Compared with the previous quality management, the quality engineering construction of colleges and universities places strict requirements on funding guarantee, construction mode, target plans, specifications and specific operations. Six Sigma management is the most advanced theory of modern quality management, which has a good reference for the quality engineering construction of colleges and universities in our country. This article analyzes the theoretical development of Six Sigma, the successful application of theoretical basis in colleges and universities and the characteristics of the quality engineering construction of colleges and universities in our country. It considers that it is feasible and realistic to introduce Six Sigma scientifically into the quality engineering construction in colleges and universities.
