梅县地区冷冻厂使用沪一冷机厂生产的4AV-12.5氨压缩机两台,在未改革前,平均每台每小时耗油量约1.5至2公斤,这样大大超过了规定的耗油范围,对制冷系统是不利的。为此,我们在上海第一冷冻机厂技术人员协助下,对压缩机结构进行了如下两方面改革。一、压缩机吸气腔最低处有两个回油孔,它的作用是使进入吸气腔中的油流回到曲轴箱内。
The Meixian district refrigeration plant uses two 4AV-12.5 ammonia compressors produced by the Shanghai-Ichimoda machine plant. Before the reform, the average fuel consumption per hour was about 1.5 to 2 kg, which greatly exceeded the stipulated fuel consumption range. It is detrimental to the refrigeration system. To this end, we have the first freezer factory in Shanghai with the help of technical staff, the compressor structure of the following two reforms. First, the lowest compressor suction chamber has two back to the oil hole, its role is to make the oil into the suction chamber back to the crankcase.
