目的观察DSG-Ⅲ型生物信息红外肝病治疗仪治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法 40例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用一般治疗方案,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用肝病治疗仪。比较两组生化值(包括谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、甘油三脂、总胆固醇值)水平变化、肝脏彩色超声学检查情况、以及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组转氨酶及血脂水平均有所好转,但治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肝脏彩色超声学检查改变总有效率(90%),优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 DSG-Ⅲ型生物信息红外肝病治疗仪非酒精性脂肪肝操作简便,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of DSG-Ⅲ bioinformatics infrared liver disease treatment instrument in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods Forty patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with general treatment. The treatment group was treated with liver disease treatment instrument based on the control group. The changes of biochemical values (including alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, triglycerides and total cholesterol) in the two groups were compared. Color ultrasonography of the liver and clinical therapeutic effect were compared. Results After treatment, both aminotransferase and blood lipid levels improved, but the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); color echocardiography in the treatment group changed the total effective rate (90%), , Better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion DSG-Ⅲ bioinformatics infrared liver disease treatment instrument non-alcoholic fatty liver is simple, safe and worthy of clinical application.
