张业汉,湖北均县(现改为丹江口市)人,1927年生。1942年初在家乡参加党的组织,从事地下革命工作。1948年到解放区,开始从事宣传和新闻工作,曾任陕南日报社助理编辑、编辑、编辑组长。1952年调入新疆,曾在南疆区党委、自治区党委担任文秘工作和文秘部门的领导工作。1972年担任新疆维吾尔自治区党委宣传部新闻出版处处长。1979年调任自治区出版局副局长,并曾任新疆人民出版社党委书记、社长、总编辑等职。1987年被评定为编审职称。1989年退出领导岗位,但仍担任部分汉文书稿的决审工作。张业汉是中国出版工作者协会理事、中国图书评论学会理事、中国亚非学会理事、中国出版科学研究所特约研究员。张业汉主持出版社的编辑工作,一方面努力打破“左”的思想的禁錮,扩大图书的门类
Zhang Yehan, Hubei County (now changed to Danjiangkou) people, born in 1927. In early 1942, he joined the party organization in his hometown and engaged in underground revolutionary work.
