为更好地贯彻中央七号文件,在实施《体育与健康课程标准》过程中就大连市初中体育运动技能教学现状进行问卷、调查、访问统计、分析、研究,结果表明:学生学习运动技能的热情不高,选取教材学生不喜欢;教师组织教学教法单一,教学形式枯燥无味,对学习质量缺乏明确的要求;教师思想认识滞后,领导重视程度不够;体育场地设施满足不了运动技能教学的需求。采用访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法的研究方法,分析了初中体育课堂问题行为产生的原因,认为初中体育课课堂问题行为产生原因有多方面。针对存在的问题提出对策:拓展开发技能教学内容,改革教材教法,提高学生学习技能的兴趣,使其终身受益;更新学校领导、体育教师观念,提高认识,加强师资队伍建设。
In order to better implement the central government’s No.7 document, questionnaires, surveys, visits and statistics, analysis and research were conducted on the status quo of junior middle school sports skills teaching in Dalian during the implementation of “Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards”. The results showed that: Enthusiasm is not high, the choice of textbooks students do not like; teaching organization teaching a single, boring teaching forms, the lack of clear understanding of the quality of the learning requirements; teachers’ thinking lags behind, the leadership is not enough emphasis; sports facilities can not meet the needs of motor skills teaching. Using interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics research methods, this paper analyzes the reasons for the behavior problems of junior high school PE classrooms, and concludes that there are many reasons for classroom problems in PE classes. In order to solve the existent problems, we should expand the teaching content of developing skills, reform the teaching materials and methods, improve the interest of students in learning skills and make them benefit for life; update the ideas of school leaders and PE teachers, raise awareness and strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
