用B型超声检查160例肾功能减退患者的肾脏大小,Ⅰ期略大于正常,Ⅱ至Ⅳ期递减,以上下径缩短最为显著,Ⅰ与Ⅲ、Ⅳ期有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。肾脏大小与病程及自由水清除率(CH_2O)显著负相关(r=-0.3768,P<0.01;r=-0.167,P<0.05),与内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)高度正相关(r=0.776,P<0.01)。提示慢性肾功能不全早期肾脏代偿性增生,因进行性肾损伤而逐渐发生肾固缩,肾功能减退程度随之加剧。
The size of kidney in 160 patients with renal dysfunction was examined by B-mode ultrasonography. The stage Ⅰ was slightly larger than normal, the stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ was decreased, and the shortened upper and lower diameters were the most significant. There was a highly significant difference between Ⅰ and Ⅲ, Ⅳ (P <0.01) . There was a significant negative correlation between kidney size and duration of disease and free water (CH 2 O) (r = -0.3768, P <0.01; r = -0.167, P <0.05) and was positively correlated with endogenous creatinine clearance (Ccr) 0.776, P <0.01). Prompted chronic renal insufficiency early renal compensatory proliferation, due to progressive renal injury and renal degeneration, renal dysfunction intensified.
