为了防止包皮切除木并发症的发生,我们自行设计制作了包皮环切器,经临床应用,深感简便、实用。一、构造包皮环切器是由铝合金金属片经过机械加工而成。它的结构特征为:圆环形、周壁带一环形沟槽。铝合金金属片厚0.5mm。环切器总宽度为1cm,其内的环形沟槽深2mm(图1a)、宽2mm(图2b)。沟槽的一侧宽0.5cm(图2c),并带有槽垂直的表面压纹状结构。槽的另一边宽0.3cm(图2d)。包皮环切器根据病人阴茎的粗细又分为6种型号:即1号(内径1.5cm);2号(内径2cm);3号(内径2.5cm);4号(内径3cm);5号(内径3.5cm);6号(内径4cm)。
