用阿霉素引起大鼠微小病变型肾病分别予以雷公藤片或强的松片治疗,采用形态结构的立体计量分析方法,观察肾小球超微结构的改变。结果显示:雷公藤和强的松均能明显减少肾小球上皮细胞足突的平均直径和平均面积,增加单位长度及单位面积的足突数目。提示雷公藤和强的松均能明显促进阿霉素肾病的超微结构的恢复。
Adriamycin-induced nephropathy in rats with minimal pathological changes were treated with Tripterygium tablets or prednisone tablets, respectively. The changes of glomerular ultrastructure were observed by morphometric analysis. The results showed that both Tripterygium wilfordii and Prednisone could significantly reduce the mean diameter and average area of glomerulus epithelium foot process and increase the number of foot processes per unit length and unit area. Tip Tripterygium and prednisone can significantly promote the recovery of adriamycin nephrosis ultrastructure.
