The building is invested by Shanghai Senmao International Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the general contractor of the Japanese Fujita and Dalin Group, and the construction contractor of the third company of the China Construction Second Bureau. The Senmao Building has a total construction area of 113,000m2, 4 underground floors and 46 floors above the ground. The building height is 203.2m, the pit depth is generally -18.5m, the elevator shaft pit is -21.4m, and the underground is cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure.
