按照一般流程,应届毕业生在正式毕业离校前与用人单位达成录用意向后,学生、用人单位、学校三方应签订就业协议书,就是通常说的三方协议。待毕业生到用人单位报到上班时,用工双方再依据三方协议,签订书面劳动合同。可见,三方协议和劳动合同在毕业生离校前、后各自扮演着重要角色,两者之间存在连续性。对于毕业生来说,签好三方协议和劳动合同相当于有了“双保险”。在签约这个环节,有一些特殊情形应引起毕业生的注意:
