新闻话题:在经济快速发展的今天,国内很多企业都忙于觅才挖人,直接起用成熟人才似乎是快速扩张的一条捷径。而麦当劳则选择了一种看上去很缓慢的方式,大笔投资培训,基层招募,从内部培养。这似乎是一个费时费力的过程。麦当劳有着自己的用人之道:首先为员工创造出一个家庭般的工作环境;其次为员工提供足够的发展空间;最后拥有一套专业的培训体系。与此同时,麦当劳还在公司内部推广一些明星员工的故事,用榜样的号召力引导员工努力向前。“在人员方面的投资,未来将在业绩上得以反映。”麦当劳(中国)有限公司首席人员官(CPO)陈麒亦表示,“如果员工培养好,他们工作得很开心,他们的产能一定比一个不是很开心工作的员工来得多。”基于这样的逻辑,陈麒亦乐观地将劳动成本上涨看成机遇。
