目的:运用德国Airsense公司制造的便携式电子鼻PEN3提取中药材挥发的气味信息来建立气味指纹图谱,以实现岭南道地药材的鉴别。方法:选取传感器稳定后的合适实验数据,分别应用主成分分析(PCA)和线性判别分析(LDA)这两类模式分析方法识别苍术、佛手、高良姜、广陈皮、广木香、化橘红、香薷、徐长卿、阳春砂等9种岭南道地药材。结果:数据实验表明,采用LDA分析法的识别率达到100%。而采用PCA分析法时,图中每类样品主要呈带状分布,其集中度远不如LDA分析法,且香薷和阳春砂出现部分样本点交叉分布的现象。结论:采用电子鼻系统PEN3及LDA分析方法能够很好地鉴别不同品种的中药材,具有一定的实际意义和应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To establish odor fingerprint by extracting volatile odor information of Chinese herbal medicines with portable electronic nose PEN3 made by Germany Airsense Company, so as to realize the identification of medicinal materials in Lingnan Road. Methods: The appropriate experimental data after the sensor was stabilized were selected. The principal components analysis (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) were used to identify the main components of herb, bergamot, galangal, Hong 薷, Xu Changqing, Yang Chun sand and other nine kinds of Lingnan authentic medicine. Results: Data experiments show that the recognition rate using LDA analysis method reaches 100%. However, when using PCA method, the samples of each type in the picture are mainly zonal distribution, the concentration is far less than that of LDA analysis method, and some sample points of Xiangxi and Yangchun sand cross distribution phenomenon. Conclusion: The electronic nose system PEN3 and LDA analysis method can well identify different varieties of traditional Chinese medicine, has some practical significance and application value.
