郑胜天——学考策展人艺术家出生中国,现居温哥华。曾任浙江美术学院(现中国美院)油画系主任、美国明尼苏达大学和圣地牙哥州立大学客座教授、温哥华华人艺术家协会会长、梁洁华艺术基金会秘书长、温哥华当代亚洲艺术中心创会理事。自2002年起参与创办并任英文学刊《Yishu:Journal of Contemporary Chinese Art》(典藏国际版)总策划至今。兼任温哥华美术馆亞洲馆总监、加中当代艺术协会主席,纽约亚洲艺术文献库理事、《艺术当代》编委。历年策划重要展览和活动有“江南—现当代中国艺术”、“上海摩登”、2004上海双年展“中国生意”、“艺术和中国革命”、“黄灯:中国新媒体”系列展等。
Zheng Shengtian - Study Tour Curator artist was born in China, now living in Vancouver. He was the director of Oil Painting Department of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now China Academy of Art), guest professor at University of Minnesota and San Diego State University, president of Vancouver Chinese Artists Association, secretary general of Liang Jiehua Art Foundation, and founding director of Vancouver Contemporary Asian Art Center. Since 2002, she has been involved in the founding of Yishu: Journal of Contemporary Chinese Art. He is also the director of Asian Art Museum of Vancouver Art Museum, president of Canada-China Contemporary Art Association, director of New York Asian Art Archive, and editor-in-chief of Contemporary Art. The planning of major exhibitions and events over the years are: “Jiangnan - Contemporary Chinese Art”, “Modern Shanghai”, 2004 Shanghai Biennale “China Business ”, “Art and Chinese Revolution : China New Media ”series exhibitions.
