用上海医科大学组胚教研室制备的大鼠肝抑素粗制品,半纯品和纯品,以~3H-TdR掺入液闪测定(CPM)法,检测它们对分离培养的再生肝肝细胞增殖的半数抑制量.结果表明:三级样品的半数抑制量分别为466.62μg/ml,23.44μg/ml和0.2333μg/ml,肝抑素半纯品的生物活性是粗制品的20倍,纯品是粗制品的2000倍.用放射自显影法验证肝抑素三级样品对再生肝细胞摄取~3H-TdR的影响,也表明可使再生肝肝细胞核标记率明显下降,并与液门测定结果一致,以肝抑素纯品的活性最强.结果证明提取的大鼠肝抑素纯品具有抑制再生肝细胞增殖的高度活性.
