目的研究工作场所空气中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。方法采用硅胶管采样,水解吸,毛细管气相色谱FID检测的方法,可以进行长时间采样,并能够直接获得工作场所空气中DMF的TWA浓度。结果方法定量检出限0.66 mg/L,最低检出质量浓度为1.1 mg/m3;线性相关系数大于0.999;高、中、低浓度加标回收率为91.8%~94.3%,工作环境中常见的DMF共存物N,N-二甲基乙酰胺等不干扰测定。并应用于不同企业工作场所空气中DMF的测定。结论硅胶管采样,毛细管气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中DMF浓度,各项技术指标均能满足职业接触限值的要求,且能满足工作现场长时间采样要求。
Objective To study the method for the determination of N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) in the air of workplace by capillary gas chromatography. Methods The method of silica gel tube sampling, water desorption and capillary gas chromatography (FID) was used to sample for a long time and to obtain the TWA concentration of DMF in the air of the workplace directly. Results The detection limit was 0.66 mg / L, the lowest detected concentration was 1.1 mg / m3, the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999. The spiked recoveries of high, medium and low concentrations ranged from 91.8% to 94.3% DMF coexistence of N, N- dimethylacetamide do not interfere with the determination. And used in different enterprises workplace air DMF determination. Conclusion Silicone tube sampling and capillary gas chromatography were used to determine the concentration of DMF in the air of the workplace. All the technical indexes could meet the requirements of occupational exposure limits and meet the requirements of long-time sampling at the working site.
