研究饮用蔗糖水后口腔粘膜吸附糖的能力,给受试者饮用6%蔗糖水25ml,在饮用前、后,把同一标准面积的滤纸片浸湿后分别敷贴在舌、舌下、颊和腭部粘膜上脱吸糖,随后把滤纸片放入盛有定量水的称瓶内,用磁性棒搅拌2min,把滤纸脱吸的糖洗出,用光度计测定洗出液的糖含量。糖在盐酸介质中加热,水解成为羟甲基-5-呋喃醛,同硫巴比妥酸作用出现鲜明的颜色。 结果为饮用糖水后,舌粘膜表面的糖含量比饮前增高54倍。用25ml清水含漱后,舌表面吸附糖量减少
