一、建立学习型企业,领导干部是向导和推动者 所谓学习型组织,就是通过不断学习来改革组织本身的组织。领导干部既是企业学习的组织者,也是引导者,领导干部学习的态度、做法和成效,对企业员工的学习具有重要的示范效应。领导干部学习搞得好不好,不仅关系干部自己的能力和素质,也关系到部属的成长和进步。学习型干部必然带出一批学习型员工,建立学习型企业就有希望。
