4月14日至15日,省教育厅在广水市召开全省学校后勤保障与管理工作现场经验交流会。会议提出了“十二五”期间全省学校后勤保障与管理工作的目标和路径。近年来,我省将学校后勤保障与管理工作作为全省教育发展的一大战略支点,“十一五”时期,省教育厅先后召开3次学校后勤工作现场会,同时在全国首创了“四大体系”“两个转变”“菜篮子工程”“四个创建”“五改五建解五难”“两个基地”“营养工程”“十有八配套”“五员制”“‘七化’目标”等学校后勤保障与管理工作的模式与目标,这些专业术语很多已成为现实。科学的顶层设计,使各地学校后勤保障与管理有了稳定的方向感,他们结合当地实际,大胆创新,取得了宝贵的经验。本刊选取了“科学化精细化经费管理模式”“校财局管”“连锁统一配送”“规范经费管理”“菜篮子工程”“后勤服务课程化”“自助就餐制度”“三心工程”这些经验中的关键词,采写、编辑了一组文章,希望在教育规划纲要的落实之年,对各地进一步推进学校后勤保障与管理工作有所借鉴。
