目的:了解绍兴市正常居民母乳中有机氯的蓄积水平及动态变化趋势。方法:母乳经冷冻干燥后,加入同位素内标,经乙腈萃取,凝胶色谱净化,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定母乳中有机氯残留。结果:母乳中HCB中位值在检出限以下,总BHC、总DDT的中位值分别为698.7 ng/g脂肪和50.8 ng/g脂肪。母乳中BHC含量随着年龄增大而增高。1983-2009年绍兴市母乳中总BHC、总DDT分别下降99.8%和99.7%,1988年-2009年HCB下降90.0%。结论:绍兴市母乳中有机氯蓄积水平已处于相对安全水平。
Objective: To understand the accumulation of organochlorine in breast milk of normal residents in Shaoxing and its dynamic change trend. Methods: After the breast milk was lyophilized, the internal standard of isotope was added, extracted with acetonitrile and purified by gel chromatography. The residual organochlorines in breast milk were determined by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. RESULTS: The median HCB in breast milk was below the detection limit, with a median total BHC and total DDT of 698.7 ng / g and 50.8 ng / g, respectively. Breast milk BHC content increases with age. In 1983-2009, the total BHC and total DDT of breast milk in Shaoxing decreased by 99.8% and 99.7% respectively, while the HCB decreased by 90.0% in 1988 and 2009. Conclusion: The level of organochlorine accumulation in breast milk in Shaoxing City has been at a relatively safe level.
