几乎各行各业都需要财务管理人才,即市场上对高素质、专业性财务管理人才的需求量较多。高校财务管理专业作为培养高素质财务管理人才的场所,教育人员的综合素质是决定学生财务管理专业知识掌握和未来发展的必要因素,因此改善财务管理专业教育人员综合素质能够实现学生专业素质的提升。本文主要分析了财务管理专业教育人员素质现状,阐述了财务管理专业教育人员素质要求,并针对提高财务管理专业教育人员素质的措施进行了研究和探讨。
Almost all walks of life need financial management personnel, that is, the market demand for high-quality, professional financial management personnel more. As a place to cultivate high-quality financial management talents, the comprehensive qualities of educators are the necessary factors that determine the mastery and future development of students’ financial management expertise. Therefore, to improve the overall quality of financial management professionals can enhance the professional quality of students . This article mainly analyzes the present situation of the quality of financial management professional educators, expounds the requirements of the quality of financial management professional educators, and studies and probes into the measures to improve the quality of financial management professional educators.
