中南农业科技交流协作区第三次会议,中南农业科技情报协作网第四次会议和西南农业科技协作组年会,1989年11月29日至12月2日在南宁广西农科院召开。三个会议44位代表参加了会议。广西农科院院长李青主持会议并讲了话;湖南农科院院长钱仁作了“关于中南农业科技协作区1989年工作报告”,广西农科院副院长冀珉猷介绍了西南五省(区)六方农业科技协作情况,广西农科院科技情报所所长陈国琨介绍了中南、西南农业科技情报协作情况。会议开幕前,广西壮族自治区人民政府副主席李振潜同志会见了与会代表,并介绍了广西农业的形势和任务,勉励大家学好党的十三四五中全会精神,
South China Agricultural Science and Technology Exchange and Cooperation Area Third Meeting, South Africa Agricultural Science and Technology Information Network fourth meeting and Southwest Agricultural Science and Technology Cooperation Group Annual Meeting, November 29, 1989 to December 2, 1989 Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences held. Forty-three delegates from three conferences attended the meeting. Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences Dean Li Qing presided over the meeting and spoke; Dean of Hunan Academy of Agricultural Sciences Qian Ren made a “work report on the Central South Agricultural Science and Technology Cooperation Area in 1989,” Ji Min Min, vice president of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences introduced Southwest five Provincial (district) six agricultural science and technology collaboration, Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, director of scientific and technological intelligence Chen Guokun introduced South and Southwest agricultural science and technology intelligence collaboration. Before the opening of the meeting, Comrade Li Zhenqian, vice chairman of the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, met with the delegates and introduced the situation and tasks of agriculture in Guangxi and encouraged everyone to learn the spirit of the 13th CPC Central Committee Plenary Session,
