目前油田周边建有东一联至轮一联输油管道1条,2011年底,英买力潜山45万吨/年的净化原油进入该管道后,管道外输将达到91万吨/年的规模。该管道剩余输送能力将不足70万吨/年,因此哈拉哈塘油田产能无法依托该管道进行外输。由于哈拉哈塘油田各区块均属于含硫原油,如不实现密闭管道输送,将对人畜和自然生态环境产生不良后果。
At present, there is 1 Donglian United Pipeline and 1 Oil Pipeline around the oilfield. The remaining capacity of the pipeline will be less than 700,000 tons / year, so the production capacity of Halahatang can not be relied on the pipeline for export. As the blocks in the Halahatang oil field belong to the sulfurous crude oil, if they do not realize the closed pipeline transportation, they will have adverse consequences on human and livestock and on the natural ecological environment.
