病历摘要患儿沈××,男,16个月。住院号12543。因发热,鼻塞,流涕3天来院,门诊按上呼吸道感染处理。5月10日晚10时左右患儿父亲见小儿鼻塞难忍,不能入睡,即用滴鼻净(萘唑啉)给患儿滴鼻,每鼻孔各滴2滴,(已稀释3倍),不久患儿即烦躁不安,继而出现嗜睡,出冷汗,手足发冷,脸色苍白,气急,而于11日上午八时急诊入院。既往无药物过敏史。
