近年来新能源技术进步加快,成本大幅下降,很可能成为金融危机后最为重要的新兴产业。我国新能源产业呈现出快速发展的势头,地方和企业的积极性很高,但同时,也出现了一哄而上、无序发展和新能源发电上网难等问题,亟需明确发展思路,理顺体制机制,突破技术瓶颈,争取在全球向低碳经济转型中占领产业制高点。
In recent years, advances in new energy technologies have accelerated and costs have plummeted. It is likely to become the most important emerging industry after the financial crisis. The new energy industry in our country shows a momentum of rapid development with high enthusiasm of local governments and enterprises. At the same time, there are also problems such as coaxing upwards and disorderly development and difficulty in accessing new energy and power generation networks. It is imperative to clearly define the development path and rationalize System and mechanism to break through the bottleneck of technology and strive to occupy the industrial height in the global transition to a low-carbon economy.
