目的提高眼科显微器械清洗质量并降低其损耗。方法对照组采用传统的器械清洗方法;试验组采用改进的器械清洗方法,对人员进行培训,专人清洗,对器械加以保护,进行超声加手工清洗。结果改进后清洗合格率由98.26%提高到99.13%,完好率由99.07%提高到99.68%,改进前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采取岗前培训、专人专区清洗、人工与超声结合清洗的措施,能有效提高其清洗质量和降低其损耗。
Objective To improve the quality of ophthalmic microsurgery and reduce its loss. Methods The control group was treated with the traditional method of instrument cleaning. The experimental group adopted the improved instrument cleaning method, which trained personnel, hand-washed, protected the instruments and performed ultrasonic and hand-washing. Results After the improvement, the passing rate of cleaning improved from 98.26% to 99.13%, and the intact rate increased from 99.07% to 99.68%. There was significant difference between before and after improvement (P <0.01). Conclusion Pre-job training, special area cleaning, artificial and ultrasonic cleaning measures can effectively improve the quality of its cleaning and reduce its wear and tear.
