目前大学生普遍面临着严峻的就业问题,各大高校纷纷开设了大学生就业指导这门课程,旨在为大学生提供职业规模、职场分析、面试技巧等方面的内容,从而能够更好地解决大学生的就业问题。因此,建立一门具有高素质教师队伍的综合性、实践性都较强的大学生就业指导课程将具有非常重要的实际意义,同时也是各高职院校面临的重要任务。因此,各高校要针对这门课程进一步完善课程体系,增加具有实际效用的教学内容,改进教学方式方法,从而能够促进教学效果进一步提高,真正实现帮助大学生完成就业工作的目标。
At present, undergraduates generally face severe employment problems. Universities and colleges have set up employment guidance courses for college students to provide college students with job descriptions, job analysis and interview skills so as to better solve the problems faced by graduates’ employment problem. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to set up a comprehensive and practical college career guidance program with high-quality teachers, and it is also an important task for all vocational colleges. Therefore, colleges and universities should further improve the curriculum system for this course, increase practical teaching content, improve teaching methods and methods, so as to further improve teaching effectiveness and truly achieve the goal of helping college students to complete their employment work.
