Lee Yakoka was born in the United States in 1924 and was a post-Italian migrant. He spent his childhood in Allentown, Pennsylvania and studied at Lehigh University and Princeton University. After graduating from college, he took a job at Ford Motor Company as an apprentice engineer and salesman. In 1970, he took the position of president of the company. In July 1978, dismissed by disagreement with Ford II, he fell from an enviable power peak overnight into a deep valley of frustration. After a brief period of three or four months of silence, Yakoka received an invitation from Kecharest Motor Company on November 2, 1978, to serve as president of the company and soon to serve as chairman. At the time, Kacekler was on the verge of bankruptcy. Managed and reorganized by the sub-card, the company was miraculously rescued and rebuilt. No matter if he is himself or Kecharsler, he has got out of the predicament and turned it into victory. Yakuca has thus become a well-known figure in the United States. In November 1984, the “Yakoka Autobiography” published by the Bantam Company of the United States also became the best-selling bibliography in corporate management and sold millions of copies.
