目的：探讨复杂性视网膜脱离在玻璃体手术后，行眼底激光光凝治疗，对其手术的补充作用和光凝中的技术问题。方法：对６５例（６６只眼）复杂性视网膜脱离，根据眼底情况在玻璃体手术后１天～１５个月选择不同波长及能量的氩、氪离子激光进行封孔、拦坝及光凝嵴后３６０°。结果：５２只眼孔缘均有良好光凝反应。有３只眼光凝过量，光斑处形成小圆形孔。结论：玻璃体手术后的光凝治疗对于视网膜脱离裂孔的封闭及预防视网膜脱离复发是必不可少的
Objective: To investigate the complications of retinal detachment after vitreous surgery, laser photocoagulation of the fundus, its surgical effects and technical problems in photocoagulation. Methods: 65 cases (66 eyes) of complex retinal detachment, according to the fundus situation in the vitreous surgery 1 day to 15 months after the selection of different wavelengths and energy argon, krypton ion laser sealing, dams and photocoagulation ridges 360 °. Results: All 52 eyes had a good photocoagulation response. There are three eyes condensate amount of light, forming a small circular hole at the spot. Conclusions: Photocoagulation after vitrectomy is essential for the closure of retinal detachment holes and prevention of retinal detachment and recurrence
