黑龙江省肿瘤医院创建于1972年,1975年5月25日正式开院。1978年3月由省卫生厅移交给哈尔滨医科大学领导,对外同时启用黑龙江省肿瘤医院和哈尔滨医科大学附属第三医院两个院称。经过艰辛创业,二十余年的建设和发展,各项事业初具规模,成为集医疗、教学、科研于一体的大型专科教学医院,该院地处北方名城哈尔滨市南岗区哈平路二公里处。占地12万平方米,专业用房面积5.3万平方米。
