通过对独立学院与区域经济互动方面的研究现状进行梳理,发现当前对独立学院人才培养与区域经济互动的研究相对薄弱。从国家对独立学院办学要求看,独立学院的人才培养必须适合区域经济发展的要求。以浙江省为例,分析浙江省的人才需求现状及独立学院的人才培养现状,发现后者发展并没有按前者的要求,因此提出创新独立学院人才培养模式的想法,并从多个方面提出保障措施。
By combing the current situation of the research on the interaction between independent colleges and regional economy, it is found that the current research on the interaction between personnel training and regional economy in independent colleges is relatively weak. From the perspective of the state’s requirements for running an independent college, the training of qualified personnel in an independent college must be suitable for the requirements of regional economic development. Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of talent demand in Zhejiang Province and the status quo of personnel training in independent colleges and finds that the latter development does not follow the former’s requirements. Therefore, the author proposes the idea of innovating independent personnel training mode and offers protection from several aspects Measures.
