我市市属全民和大集体性质单位的卫生机构,进入80年代,随着经济建设迅速发展,如1979年机构38所,卫生人员57名,到1986年已增至机构143所,人员384名,这些基层组织,承担了大量的医疗卫生保健任务。但由于这批机构分别隶属于市各主管部门,缺少行业管理,医疗卫生工作尚少正规。为改变此种状况,我市从1986年10月至1989年5月,用了三年时间,对隶属于22个主管部门的120个单位卫生机构进行了整顿。整顿后验收结果:评为优秀92所,良好19所,合格1所,还未验收8所。验收合格的,都
The health institutions of the municipality, which belonged to the people and large collectives, entered the 1980s. With the rapid development of economic construction, there were 38 institutions and 57 health personnel in 1979. By 1986, the number had increased to 143 institutions and 384 personnel. These grassroots organizations have undertaken a large number of medical and health care tasks. However, as these institutions are affiliated with the municipal competent authorities and lack industry management, medical and health work is still less formal. In order to change this situation, the city spent three years from October 1986 to May 1989, and reorganized 120 health organizations affiliated with 22 administrative departments.
