目的:通过了解家庭护理的情况,分析制约医护人员开展家庭护理的相关因素,为家庭护理提供完善的对策与建议。方法:设计问卷调查,对选取浙江省杭州市范围内的家庭护理者进行深度走访,并进行相关问题分析与总结,寻找影响家庭护理开展的因素,提出相关对策。结果:家庭护理存在医护资源紧缺且学历偏低、培训及管理制度不完善、技术水平欠缺、患者满意度较低、存在医疗风险等问题。结论:加强护理队伍建设,提高其社会地位和待遇,改善护理条件,实行家庭护理规范化管理,形成完善的家庭护理体系,规范家庭护理行为,可提高家庭护理质量,促进家庭护理事业的发展。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the situation of home care and analyze the related factors that restrict the health care workers to carry out home care, so as to provide perfect countermeasures and suggestions for home care. Methods: A questionnaire was designed to conduct in-depth visits to selected home care workers in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, and to analyze and summarize the related problems in order to find out the factors that affect home care and put forward relevant countermeasures. Results: There was a shortage of health care resources in home care and education, education and management system is imperfect, lack of skills, patient satisfaction is low, the existence of medical risks and other issues. Conclusion: To strengthen the nursing team construction, improve its social status and treatment, improve the nursing conditions, implement the standardized management of home nursing, form a perfect home nursing system and standardize the family nursing behavior, which can improve the quality of home nursing and promote the development of home nursing.
