1991年6月16日至20日,青海省民委与青海省藏语文学会在海北藏族自治州刚察县联合召开藏语文工作座谈会和藏语文学术讨论会。参加这次会议的有青海省政府副秘书长李庆、青海省民委副主任韩道壮、青海省教育厅副厅长夏柱以及青海民族学院、青海师范大学、青海省电影译制厂等单位的领导和来自青海各地的藏语文工作者近70人。
From June 16 to June 20, 1991, the Qinghai Ethnic Affairs Commission and the Tibetan Language and Literature Society of Qinghai Province jointly held a seminar on Tibetan work and a Tibetan-language literature seminar in Gangcha County, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Attending the meeting were Li Qing, deputy secretary general of Qinghai Provincial Government, Han Daozhuang, deputy director of Qinghai Provincial Ethnic Affairs Commission, Xia Zhu, deputy director of the Department of Education of Qinghai Province, and leaders of Qinghai Nationalities Institute, Qinghai Normal University and Qinghai Film Studio. And nearly 70 Tibetan-language workers from all over Qinghai.
