介绍准分子激光器中的脉冲磁压缩开关的设计，并研制出ＫＷ级小型磁开关，取得与理论计算较吻合的实验结果。
This paper introduces the design of pulsed magnetic compression switch in excimer laser and develops the KW - sized miniature magnetic switch. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation.
