上海人民印刷22厂原是一家集体企业,于1997年整体改制为股份合作制。近几年来企业通过改制,生产经营得到发展,企业管理水平提高,经济效益增长,企业经济运行进入了良性循环。在改制中,他们通过增量扩股,股权奖励,吸收业外个人资金入股等方法在原有的改制方案基础上,对产权结构上作了调整,使之更趋向合理和完善。(一)企业1997年股权设置情况1、总股本:92万元其中:集体股32万元,占总股本:35%职工个人股60万元,占总股本65%2、职工个人股:60万元其中:经营者群体:24万元,占个人股40.17%一般职工:35.9万元,占个人股59.83%3、经营者群体:24万元
