实现高等教育人才输出应与各行业人才需求的平等对接,人才培养必须围绕行业发展趋势的转变做出积极调整。“十二五”发展阶段,国内煤炭开采发展趋势主要表现为开采深度的延深、生态环境保护的紧迫性、机械化水平的提升及对经济投资效益的重视;相应地,其对采矿工程专业本科生在深部开采理论知识的储备、知识结构的多学科交融及专业实践能力的提升方面形成新的要求;新形势下,结合采矿工程专业本科生现行培养体系的不足,应通过调整专业课程体系、强化专业综合技能训练体系和优化专业考核标准的策略,积极面对煤炭开采发展新趋势。
