慢性肾功能衰竭病人贫血的基本机制是复杂的,如红细胞生存期短、循环的红细胞生成素抑制因子、铁和叶酸盐的缺乏、铝中毒、脾功能亢进以及甲状旁腺功能亢进并发症——纤维性骨炎等均可导致病人产生贫血,然而主要的原因是由于患肾分泌的红细胞生成素下降。已有报道用重组人红细胞生成素(r-HuEPO)成功地纠正了血透病人的贫血,本文作者进一步报道长期血透病人应用 r-HuEPO 所需的剂量、功效以及安全使用等方面的资料。
The underlying mechanisms of anemia in patients with chronic renal failure are complex, such as short erythrocyte survival, circulating erythropoietin inhibitory factor, deficiency of iron and folate, aluminum poisoning, hypersplenism, and complications of hyperparathyroidism - - fibrositis, etc. can lead to anemia in patients, but the main reason is due to decreased renal secretion of erythropoietin. It has been reported that r-HuEPO has successfully been used to correct anemia in hemodialysis patients. The authors further report on the dosage, efficacy, and safety profile of r-HuEPO required for long-term hemodialysis patients.
