19世纪末20世纪初传入中国的实用主义教育思想,推动了近代教育观念、教育体制的革新与重构,成为清末以降职业教育思潮与实践运动勃兴的源头。以黄炎培、陶行知等一批近代教育思想家为代表的仁人志士,为职业教育救国救民进行了不懈探讨,职业教育从理论到实践都取得了丰硕成果,为中国近代教育的创新与转型奠定了坚实的基础。尤其是近代职业教育平民主义办学定位、生计主义人才培养目标以及“因地设校、校中设科”的办学模式,都应在现当代职业教育事业中得到弘扬与传承。
The pragmatism education ideas introduced into China at the end of 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century promoted the reform and reconstruction of modern educational concepts and education system and became the source of the boom of vocational education ideology and practice in the late Qing Dynasty. Taking a group of modern educational thinkers like Huang Yanpei and Tao Xingzhi as their representatives, they made unremitting efforts to save the country and save their own people. Vocational education has made great achievements both from theory and practice, laying a solid foundation for the innovation and transformation of modern Chinese education Foundation. In particular, the positioning of the modern pro-democracy education in vocational education, the goal of the cultivation of the livelihood talents, and the mode of running schools for setting up schools and establishing schools in schools should be carried forward and inherited in the present-day vocational education.
