在毛主席关于“中国人民有志气,有能力,一定要在不远的将来,赶上和超过世界先进水平”的伟大号召鼓舞下,在济南铸造锻压机械研究所和兄弟单位的大力协助下,我厂从1969年10月起使用电磁配铁秤,进行冲天炉加料称量。实践证明,它具有称量精确、结构简单、维护方便、节约劳动力等优点。现将我厂在使用和维护电子称量仪表方面所取得的点滴经验,介绍如下。我厂使用的电子自动称量仪表为华东电子仪器厂生产的DC-1/001型,称量额定值为300公斤。传感器是配BLR-1/1000型的拉压力传感器(原理图见图1)。当
Inspired by Chairman Mao’s great call on “the Chinese people have ambition and ability, we must catch up with and surpass the advanced world level in the near future,” with the great help of Jinan Foundry Forging Machinery Research Institute and his brother units, I plant from October 1969 with the use of electromagnetic scales with iron, cupola for weighing. Practice has proved that it has weighing accuracy, simple structure, easy maintenance, saving labor and so on.
