本发明是为了由坯料挤压管材,在挤压机上装设穿孔针装置。至少两根以上的孔穿针(1)和(2),可在挤压机的挤压中心轴线(A)和另外位置(B)上相互间替换使用。如图,在横梁(3)上设有偏离压机中心线之下的可回转的支持部件(4),便把穿孔针①和②支掌起来。油缸装置(5)使位于挤压中心线(A)上的穿孔针(1)沿其轴线方向前进或后退。
The present invention is for extruding a pipe material from a blank and installing a perforating pin device on the extruder. At least two or more holes threading needles (1) and (2) can be used interchangeably with each other on the extrusion center axis (A) and the further position (B) of the extruder.
