电缆档案是电缆线路的真实记录和实际反映,无论在电缆的运行和维修当中都起着重要的依据作用。根据电缆档案,可以全面了解电缆线路的位置和运行情况,便于在电缆被击穿时,寻测故障。同时也便于切实掌握设备绝缘情况,进行绝缘分析,以便安排电缆的维修、试验的计划,对配合市政建设工作的开展也有很大的作用。因此,必须把电缆档案切实的管理起来,才能保证电缆线路的安全供电。我局在1960年以前,电缆档案分散由巡线员各自管理,管理制度不健全,造成档案不完整,不准确。不仅给工作带来损失,影响用户的生产,而且还可能在市政建设中造成破坏,甚至伤亡事故。为了改进和加强这一工作,我们先后采取了如下措施:
