目的 探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌MRI表现及ADC值与E3泛素连接酶2(SIAH2)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)蛋白表达的相关性.方法 90例老年乳腺浸润性导管癌患者进行MRI、DWI扫描,检测SIAH2、HIF-1α蛋白表达情况,分析MRI表现及ADC值与SIAH2和HIF-1α蛋白的相关性.结果 SIAH2表达水平与毛刺征(r=0.287,P=0.000)呈正相关,HIF-1α蛋白表达水平与毛刺征(r=0.256,P=0.001)呈正相关;ADC值与SIAH2表达综合评分(r=-0.937,P=0.000)、HIF-1α蛋白表达综合评分(r=-0.923,P=0.000)呈负相关;乳腺癌病灶SIAH2与HIF-1α蛋白的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.891,P=0.000).结论 乳腺浸润性导管癌的MRI表现及ADC值与生物因子SIAH2、HIF-1α蛋白的表达有一定的相关性,可无创性地从分子生物学水平为乳腺浸润性导管癌的诊断和预后评估提供有价值的信息.
