1978年我们调查了城区及农村肺结核病人坚持服药情况及治疗效果,农村两个县1976～1977年新发现病人363名,在观察一年时坚持规律用药率仅为38.3％,由于严重的不规则治疗,一年痰菌阴转率仅44.1％。1977年城近郊区新发现病人826名,一年不坚持规律用药率为29.2％,一年痰菌阴转率为64.9％。为了解决本市肺结核病人不坚持规律用药问题,更好地贯彻落实国务院210号文件中提出的“查出必治、治必彻底”的措
In 1978, we investigated the adherence of patients with tuberculosis in urban areas and rural areas and the treatment effect. In the two counties in rural areas, 363 newly discovered patients from 1976 to 1977 were observed, and the regular medication rate was only 38.3% in one year of observation.
