目的探讨应用无框架立体定向技术在颅内病变诊断中的作用及价值。方法应用CAS-R-2型无框架立体定向仪和CAS-BH5型机器人对22例患者进行颅内病变活检,获取病理组织学诊断。结果病理组织学诊断结果为:脑肿瘤16例;脱髓鞘病变1例;放射性脑坏死1例;炎性病变3例;1例未取得阳性病理结果,活检阳性率>95.5%,2例并发颅内出血,无死亡病例。结论无框架立体定向活检术是一种明确颅内占位病变的病理组织学诊断的可靠方法,并能为临床治疗方法的选择提供依据。它还具有微创、精确、安全、灵活、简便、并发症少等优点,可以完成高质量的定向活检术。
Objective To explore the role and value of using frameless stereotactic technique in the diagnosis of intracranial lesions. Methods Twenty-two patients underwent intracranial lesions biopsy with CAS-R-2 frameless stereotactic apparatus and CAS-BH5 robot for histopathological diagnosis. Results There were 16 cases of brain tumors, 1 case of demyelinating lesions, 1 case of radioactive brain necrosis, 3 cases of inflammatory lesions, 1 case without positive pathology, and the positive rate of biopsy was 95.5% Intracranial hemorrhage, no deaths. Conclusion Frameless stereotactic biopsy is a reliable method to confirm the histopathological diagnosis of intracranial space-occupying lesions and provide a basis for clinical treatment. It also has the advantages of minimally invasive, accurate, safe, flexible, simple, less complications and can achieve high-quality directional biopsy.
