从社会发展史看,以网络为核心生产工具、以信息和数据为劳动对象和生产资料的信息时代已经带来,面对大时代、大变化,需要新战略、新思维。我们要从信息革命引发生产力、生产关系和生产方式全面变革的高度重新认识信息化面临的机遇和挑战,深入学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话,坚持用马克思主义及其中国化最新成果指导中国特色社会主义信息化发展道路,要以信息化推进治理体系和治理能力现代化为核心,全面调整现有生产关系以适应先进生产力的发展,最终实现生产力和生产关系的双重跨越。信息化代表着新的生产力、新的发展方向,应该也能够在践行新发展理念上先行一步。
Judging from the history of social development, the information age with tools for the production of the Internet as its core, information and data as objects of labor and means of production has been brought about. In the face of major changes and great changes, new strategies and new thinking are needed. We must re-understand the opportunities and challenges confronting informationization from the height that the information revolution will lead to the all-round reform in productivity, production relations and modes of production. We will further study General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech and insist on guiding the society with Chinese characteristics with the latest achievements of Marxism and its localization in China On the road of informatization development, we should take the promotion of information management system and the modernization of governance capacity as the core, comprehensively adjust existing production relations to adapt to the development of advanced productive forces, and finally achieve a double leap in the relations between productive forces and production. Informationization represents a new productive force and a new direction of development. It should also be a first step in implementing the new development concept.
